- Planmakers and Beck and Baird prepared a concept master plan for the 130-acre Boise neighborhood bounded by Ustick Road, Maple Grove Road, Cory Lane, and N. Mitchell Street. Sponsored by the City of Boise, the plan was adopted by the Boise City Council. The plan identified residential infill opportunities, a park plan and school site, transit stops and neighborhood commercial areas within a walkable environment.
